ACCO Brands to Acquire Trust
ACCO Brands announced a definitive agreement to acquire Trust, a European provider of computer and gaming accessories, from investment firm Egeria.
The transaction accelerates ACCO's strategic pivot toward higher-growth technology peripherals, which are expected to generate approximately $500 million in annual sales on a pro forma basis.
Trust generates approximately $100 million in annual revenue and the transaction is expected to be modestly accretive to adjusted EPS within the first year, with cost synergies of $5 to $8 million anticipated within 18 months.
