These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LowFloatWire (the “Service”), available at lowfloatwire.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

LowFloatWire is a free, informational product that provides (a) a stock screener for US-listed companies with a market capitalization under $500M, with filters for float, price, volume, and related metrics, and (b) a real-time news monitor aggregating company press releases, SEC filings, and market headlines relevant to that universe.

The Service is provided free of charge. We may add, change, or remove features at any time without notice.

LowFloatWire is for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or other financial instrument. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner, and no content on the Service should be relied upon as such.

Low-float and micro-cap securities are extremely volatile and carry a high risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions, and you should consult a qualified financial professional before acting on any information found on the Service.

Market data, quotes, filings, news, and other content on the Service are sourced from third-party data providers and public sources, and are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors, and we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose. Always verify information against primary sources before making decisions.

Paid placements on the Service are always labeled as “Sponsored” and never affect screener rankings or organic news selection.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide a valid email address (and, if you opt in to SMS alerts, a valid mobile number) and to keep this information current. Sign-in uses one-time passcodes (OTP) delivered to your email or phone; you are responsible for maintaining control of those channels and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We send transactional email (such as sign-in codes, account notices, and security alerts) to your registered address regardless of your marketing preferences.

If you opt in to text alerts, you agree to receive automated text messages from LowFloatWire at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using the Service.

Reply STOP to any message to cancel and unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how phone numbers are handled.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation or the dissemination of false or misleading information about any security;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service, or redistribute, resell, or republish Service data without our prior written permission;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, probe or circumvent its security or access controls, or impose an unreasonable load on its infrastructure;
• impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, or create accounts by automated means; or
• use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LowFloatWire and its operators, suppliers, and data providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits or trading losses — arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You may stop using the Service or request deletion of your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or where required to protect the Service or its users. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 4, 8, and 10) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and may notify account holders by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the Service and contact us to delete your account.
