Aclarion Receives Notice of Allowance for Patent Advancing Accuracy and Adoption of Nociscan's MR Spectroscopy (MRS) Scan Process
Aclarion announced that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has issued a Notice of Allowance for a patent covering multi-voxel prescription for lumbar disc evaluation, a key component of its Nociscan workflow.
The innovation is designed to improve the precision of MRS data capture by accurately positioning sampling locations within the lumbar disc, which aims to reduce scan time and the need for repeat scans.
Once issued, the patent will extend Aclarion's intellectual property protection to over 65 issued and pending patents worldwide, covering spectroscopy acquisition, data processing, and analytics.
