AIB Data Centers Issues CEO Letter Highlighting Recent Milestones and CLT1 Development Strategy
AIB Data Centers CEO Jerry Tang issued a shareholder letter recapping recent milestones, headlined by a 12-year agreement with Nebius for 50 MW of critical IT capacity at the CLT1 campus, with two potential five-year renewals.
The company also completed a strategic Texas acquisition lifting total contracted utility power capacity from 65 MW to approximately 120 MW.
On funding, AIB said customer prepayments plus project-level debt and preferred equity should cover CLT1 development, and it does not currently anticipate issuing corporate-level common equity.
The letter is largely a recap of previously announced items; the main incremental news is the explicit commitment to a non-dilutive financing path for CLT1.
