AirSculpt Technologies Reports Second Quarter Fiscal 2026 Results
AirSculpt Technologies reported Q2 fiscal 2026 revenue of $42.9 million, a 3% decline from the prior year, with Adjusted EBITDA falling to $4.9 million from $5.8 million.
The company reaffirmed its full-year revenue guidance at the lower end of the $151 million to $157 million range but reduced its Adjusted EBITDA outlook to $12 million to $14 million.
Liquidity improved during the quarter, with cash increasing to $18.8 million and gross debt decreasing to $44.2 million, supported by an amended term loan that extends maturity to November 2027.
