Apollomics Announces $10 Million Private Placement Transaction
Apollomics announced a $10 million private placement consisting of 700,001 Class A ordinary shares, expected to close on or about August 14, 2026.
The transaction includes $8 million in cash proceeds from subscriptions at $15.00 per share and the conversion of a $2 million CEO-held note into equity at a $12.00 per share price.
Insiders including the CEO, CFO, and an affiliate of the COO are participating in the cash portion of the offering.
