Aspire-Lakewood Holdings Board Approves $10 Million Share Repurchase Program
Aspire-Lakewood Holdings' board authorized a $10 million common stock repurchase program effective September 9, 2026, with no expiration date.
The authorization is grounded in newly acquired subsidiary Dura Control Systems Corp, which generated approximately $209.5 million of revenue and $22.3 million of Adjusted EBITDA in audited FY2025, followed by roughly $103.9 million of revenue and $10.5 million of Adjusted EBITDA in the unaudited six months ended June 30, 2026.
With only about 1.5 million shares outstanding, management pegs 2025 Adjusted EBITDA at roughly $15.00 per share and argues the market price does not reflect the business; repurchases may occur in open market or private transactions but can be suspended or terminated at any time without notice.
