AerSale Reports Second Quarter 2026 Results
AerSale reported Q2 revenue of $70.9 million, down 33.9% year-over-year, swinging to a net loss of $5.6 million compared to prior-year income.
Management attributed the decline to the absence of Flight Equipment sales this quarter, noting that a $33.4 million shift in timing skewed comparisons; however, they highlighted a $35 million Boeing 737 sale and pending engine sales expected in late Q3 or early Q4.
Liquidity stood at $34.0 million at quarter-end, and the company guided for meaningful improvement in both earnings and liquidity during the second half of 2026.
