BEASLEY BROADCAST GROUP REPORTS SECOND QUARTER REVENUE OF $44.1 MILLION
Beasley Broadcast Group reported Q2 revenue of $44.1 million, a 9.6% decrease on a same-station basis, reflecting continued weakness in national and local agency advertising.
Despite the top-line decline, the company posted net income of $84.3 million, driven by a May 1 debt restructuring that reduced total outstanding debt by $95 million and resulted in a significant non-cash gain.
Adjusted EBITDA grew 13% year-over-year to $5.3 million, supported by roughly $30 million in trailing twelve-month cost savings and disciplined expense management.
