Context Therapeutics Enters into License Agreement Amendment with BioAtla for CT-202
Context Therapeutics amended its license agreement with BioAtla for CT-202, removing BioAtla's future milestone and royalty obligations in exchange for total payments of $6.5 million.
The deal structure includes a $4.5 million upfront payment and a second installment of $2.0 million due by August 1, 2026.
Context expects to initiate the Phase 1 clinical trial for CT-202, a Nectin-4 x CD3 T cell engager, in the third quarter of 2026.
