BioLargo reported Q2 2026 revenue of $1.25 million, up 12% sequentially, with gross margin expanding to 54% despite a 55% year-over-year decline driven by the exit of the Pooph product line.
The company recorded a net loss of $4.0 million for the quarter, widening from $1.88 million a year ago, and ended the period with a working capital deficit of $1.27 million.
Management highlighted progress across subsidiaries, including a planned October relaunch of consumer products and the scaling of Clyra Medical's ViaCLYR wound care solution, while noting that 86% of capital raised was at the subsidiary level.
