Boston Omaha Corporation Announces Second Quarter 2026 Financial Results
Boston Omaha reported Q2 revenue of $22.2 million, up slightly from $21.7 million in the prior year, while the net loss attributable to common stockholders narrowed to $1.6 million, or $0.05 per share.
The company entered into an agreement to sell its insurance subsidiary, General Indemnity Group, to CopperPoint Insurance Company for approximately $84.3 million, with the transaction expected to close in the second half of 2026.
Capital allocation efforts included the repurchase of 451,281 shares for $5.8 million, while book value per share remained relatively flat at $16.61.
