Barfresh Announces Second Quarter 2026 Results
Barfresh reported Q2 revenue of $4.7 million, up 190% year-over-year, primarily driven by the contribution of the Arps Dairy acquisition.
Despite the top-line growth, operational inefficiencies at the acquired facility led to a gross loss of 3.2% and an Adjusted EBITDA loss of $1.2 million, compared to a profit and narrower loss in the prior year respectively.
Citing a slower-than-expected ramp in production efficiency, the company revised full-year 2026 guidance to revenue of $23 million to $26 million and expects an Adjusted EBITDA loss of $1.0 million to $2.0 million.
