Byrna Technologies appointed retired U.S. Army Brigadier General Rose Lopez Keravuori to its Board of Directors effective August 10, 2026, replacing outgoing director Emily Rooney. Keravuori also joins the newly formed Enterprise Risk Management Committee alongside Board Chair TJ Kennedy, director Adam Roth, and CEO Conn Davis.
Keravuori brings over three decades of experience in strategic operations and crisis management, most recently serving as Director of Intelligence for U.S. Africa Command. Her private sector background includes leadership roles at BAE Systems and founding consulting firm ROSE Solutions.
The company stated that Keravuori's expertise will support Byrna's expansion across consumer, professional security, and international markets. Her appointment is intended to strengthen the Board's strategic oversight and risk management capabilities.
