CareCloud promoted Bonnie Boyer, MBA, CPA, from Assistant CFO to Chief Financial Officer effective October 1, 2026.
She succeeds Norman Roth, who served as Interim CFO for more than two years and will remain as Advisor to the CEO.
Boyer brings 15+ years of finance leadership spanning public companies, SaaS, capital markets and M&A, including a prior CFO role at Guident Corp.
The company reiterated 2026 guidance of approximately $130 million in revenue.
