Cemtrex Reports Third Quarter Fiscal 2026 Financial Results
Cemtrex reported fiscal Q3 revenue of $18.4 million, up 9% year-over-year, with operating cash flow turning positive to $0.2 million compared to cash usage in the first half of the year.
Consolidated operating loss narrowed sequentially to $1.2 million, driven by a 90% reduction in Security segment losses and the Aerospace & Defense segment achieving its first full quarter of profitability with $1.0 million of operating income.
The company strengthened its balance sheet to $13.2 million in working capital and closed the acquisition of Plant Engineering Services subsequent to quarter end to expand industrial capabilities.
