CF Bankshares reported Q2 net income of $5.9 million, or $0.90 per diluted share, an 18% increase over the prior quarter, supported by a 24 basis point expansion in net interest margin to 2.93%.
Pre-provision net revenue (PPNR) rose 26% sequentially to $8.2 million, driven by $135 million in commercial loan fundings and a 14% increase in noninterest income.
The Board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share on common stock, while the efficiency ratio improved to 50.4% from 56.1% in the prior quarter.
