Coherus Oncology Announces Special Dividend of Biosimilar Contingent Value Rights
Coherus Oncology declared a special dividend of Contingent Value Rights (CVRs), entitling stockholders of record as of September 30, 2026, to a pro rata share of net proceeds from the future sale of its legacy biosimilar assets.
The transaction marks the completion of the company's strategic transformation into a fully integrated oncology business, divesting assets including patents, royalties, and cell lines to focus on its proprietary pipeline.
The CVRs are non-transferable and will expire on October 7, 2028, if the Legacy BioSim Assets are not monetized, though the company has retained an investment bank to immediately commence the sale process.
