C3is Inc. Announces Reverse Stock Split
C3is Inc. announced a 1-for-40 reverse stock split effective August 19, 2026, aiming to regain compliance with Nasdaq minimum bid price requirements.
The split will reduce outstanding common shares from approximately 57.6 million to 1.44 million, with the new CUSIP number Y18284409 assigned to the post-split shares.
Outstanding warrants and preferred stock will be adjusted proportionally, while stockholders holding fractional shares will receive cash payouts based on the August 18 closing price.
