Callan Power, a wholly owned subsidiary of Callan JMB, agreed to acquire non-operated working interests in Williston Basin oil and gas properties from The Pfanenstiel Company for $12.5 million in cash.
The acquisition includes interests across 377 producing wells with approximately 150 barrels of oil equivalent per day in net production, offering an independent PV-10 estimate of $48.1 million on a proved basis.
Management estimates the deal to generate $2.5 million in annualized net operating cash flow at current prices, representing a 21% unlevered return, with the transaction expected to close before October 1, 2026.
