Commerce Announces Second Quarter 2026 Financial Results
Commerce reported Q2 revenue of $84.5 million, essentially flat year-over-year, but swung to a GAAP net income of $1.1 million compared to a loss in the prior year.
Gross Merchandise Volume grew 14% to $8.8 billion, helping drive Non-GAAP operating income to $8.1 million and expanding operating margins to 9.6%.
For the full year 2026, the company expects revenue between $336.5 million and $344.5 million with Non-GAAP operating income of $28.0 million to $34.0 million.
