Coda Octopus Group Reports Fiscal Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results
Coda Octopus Group reported fiscal Q3 2026 revenue of approximately $7.7 million, up 9.2% year-over-year, with diluted EPS of $0.12 versus $0.11 a year earlier.
The core Marine Technology segment fell 15.2% to $3.4 million on geopolitical disruption in the Middle East and Asia, but Defense Engineering Services surged 68.3% to $2.7 million and the Acoustics Sensors and Materials business grew 10.4%.
Operating income rose 11.1% to $1.5 million and pre-tax income rose 16.0% to approximately $1.8 million, though gross margin slipped to 65.4% from 68.3% on sales mix.
