The new site will consolidate corporate offices, manufacturing, and product development, enabling increased capacity for established metal matrix composite products and new lines like AlMax materials and HybridTech Armor.
CEO Brian Mackey described the lease as a significant milestone in the company's 40-year history, positioning CPS to support growth in defense, energy infrastructure, and AI markets.
