Caesarstone Reports Second Quarter 2026 Financial Results
Caesarstone reported Q2 revenue of $96.6 million, down 7.7% year-over-year on a constant currency basis, reflecting soft demand in North America despite strength in Australia.
Gross margin improved to 24.0% from 19.6% a year ago, driving a significant narrowing of the Adjusted EBITDA loss to $1.0 million from $6.4 million.
The company noted that new U.S. tariffs on quartz surface products, effective August 15, are causing it to reassess the timing of achieving positive Adjusted EBITDA.
Legal proceedings remain a focus, with a $51.2 million provision recorded against approximately 800 individual claims related to respirable crystalline silica dust.
