DocGo Announces Second Quarter 2026 Results
DocGo reported Q2 2026 revenue of $73.4 million, down 9% year-over-year due to the wind-down of migrant programs, but core business revenue grew 19% excluding those programs.
Adjusted EBITDA was ($6.3) million, widening slightly from the prior year, and the company cut its full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance to a range of ($17 million) to ($22 million).
Simultaneously, DocGo announced a definitive agreement to acquire Hicuity Health for approximately $52 million in debt assumption and secured a new $50 million term loan commitment from Perceptive Advisors.
