Dine Brands Global reported Q2 revenue of $240.9 million, up from $230.8 million in the prior year, driven primarily by the acquisition of company-owned restaurants.
GAAP net income dropped significantly to $4.2 million ($0.35 EPS), while adjusted EPS remained flat at $1.16; IHOP posted 1.5% same-restaurant sales growth while Applebee's declined 1.8%.
Despite a sharp decline in adjusted free cash flow to $3.7 million, the board authorized a new $100 million share repurchase program and maintained its fiscal 2026 guidance.
