EuroDry reported a strong Q2 2026 with total net revenues of $17.7 million, up 57% year-over-year, driven by a 95.6% increase in average time charter equivalent rates to $20,398 per day.
Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter surged to $11.7 million from $1.9 million in the prior year, while net income swung to $6.9 million compared to a net loss of $3.1 million in Q2 2025.
The company continues to execute its share repurchase plan, having used $5.8 million to buy back shares, and secured a new term sheet with Alpha Bank S.A. to refinance vessel indebtedness for up to $19 million.
