Ellomay Capital Reports Results for the Three and Six Months Ended June 30, 2026
Ellomay Capital reported a net profit of €58.3 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, reversing a prior-year loss of €1.6 million, primarily due to a one-time gain of €83.3 million from the sale of its stake in Ellomay Luzon Energy.
However, continuing operations deteriorated to a loss of €25 million, widening from a €1.6 million loss in the prior year, largely driven by foreign exchange losses of €24.7 million resulting from the appreciation of the NIS against the euro.
Despite the operational FX loss, the company strengthened its balance sheet with total assets rising to €959.2 million and net financial debt decreasing to €50.9 million, maintaining compliance with all financial covenants.
