CORRECTION – Epsilon Announces Second Quarter 2026 Results and 2026 Production and Capital Guidance
Epsilon corrected its Q2 2026 financial results, revising Adjusted Net Income to a loss of $815,000, or -$0.03 per share, down from a previously reported profit due to the reclassification of asset sale proceeds out of adjusted metrics.
GAAP net income remained positive at $7.1 million, supported by a 57% year-over-year increase in total revenue to $18.3 million, driven by strong oil realizations of $93.73 per barrel partially offset by a 66% drop in realized gas prices.
Management issued FY 2026 guidance for the first time, targeting total production growth of 18% year-over-year to 14,000 MMcfe at the midpoint and capital expenditures of $42.0 to $47.0 million.
