Equillium Reports Second Quarter 2026 Financial Results and Recent Corporate Highlights
Equillium reported Q2 2026 financial results with cash and cash equivalents of $57.2 million, which the company believes will fund operations into 2029. Net loss narrowed to $4.7 million, or $(0.04) per share, compared to a net loss of $5.7 million, or $(0.16) per share, in the prior year period.
Operationally, management expects to initiate a Phase 1 proof-of-mechanism study of EQ504 in Q4 2026, with topline data anticipated roughly six months later. The company also initiated IND-enabling activities for an inhaled formulation of EQ504 and for EQ302 targeting celiac disease.
