Brompton Energy Split Corp. has extended the maturity date for its Class A and Preferred shares by five years to March 30, 2032, allowing shareholders to defer capital gains taxes and maintain their positions.
The Class A shares offer a current distribution rate of 15.7% based on the August 10 closing price, while Preferred shareholders retain preferential distributions backed by 40% asset coverage.
