enCore Energy completed the distribution of 35,000,000 Verdera Energy common shares to enCore shareholders as a special dividend on September 30, 2026, to holders of record on September 25, 2026.
Shareholders received 0.108 unrestricted Verdera shares per enCore share, plus two tranches of 0.036 shares each restricted until November 20, 2026 and February 20, 2027.
After rounding fractional entitlements, enCore retained an aggregate of 15,029,332 Verdera shares, preserving exposure to Verdera's New Mexico ISR uranium assets while enCore focuses on South Texas operations, the Dewey Burdock project in South Dakota, and its U.S. project pipeline.
