Fortress Biotech Reports Second Quarter 2026 Financial Results and Recent Corporate Highlights
Fortress Biotech reported Q2 2026 revenue of $18.7 million, up 14% year-over-year, while its consolidated cash balance increased significantly to $196.6 million from $79.4 million at year-end 2025.
The strengthened balance sheet follows the $205 million ZYCUBO PRV sale, while partner Crystalys Therapeutics secured a $130 million Series B financing to support the late-stage development of dotinurad.
Operationally, Journey Medical expanded payer access for Emrosi to over 150 million commercial lives, and AstraZeneca reported positive subgroup data for anselamimab showing a 62% survival improvement in specific AL amyloidosis patients.
