FRP Holdings reported fiscal Q2 results with a swing to a net loss of $0.3 million, compared to net income of $0.6 million in the prior year quarter, as higher G&A and lower NOI offset a modest revenue increase.
Occupancy continued to pressure results, with multifamily occupancy dipping to 93.2% and industrial occupancy falling to 69.9% (ex-Chelsea), driving a 3% decline in pro rata NOI to $9.4 million.
The mining royalty segment remained a bright spot with revenue up 13% year-over-year, while management noted development projects in Hamilton and Parsippany reached substantial completion.
