Gevo Reports Second Quarter Results and Raises Financial Expectations for Full-Year 2026
Gevo reported Q2 revenue of $47 million and significantly raised its full-year 2026 non-GAAP Adjusted EBITDA outlook to more than $60 million, doubling the previous target of $30 million.
The improved outlook is supported by the approval of a new Canada Clean Fuel Regulation pathway that unlocks revenue starting in Q3, alongside a target to monetize over $70 million in Section 45Z tax credits during 2026.
Although the company reported a GAAP net loss of $177 million due to a $176 million non-cash impairment charge to exit the ATJ-60 project in South Dakota, non-GAAP Adjusted EBITDA was positive at $11 million for the quarter.
Management expects substantial operating cash flow in the second half of the year, while debottlenecking efforts at the North Dakota facility remain on track to increase capacity by 10-15% starting in 2027.
