Greenwich LifeSciences Extends Lock-up of Directors and Officers to January 31, 2027
Greenwich LifeSciences extended the lock-up period for shares held by directors, officers, and pre-IPO investors to January 31, 2027, approximately 76 months from the company's IPO.
While the board retains discretion to modify the lock-up for strategic transactions, the move limits near-term selling pressure and aligns insider interests with long-term value creation.
CEO Snehal Patel provided a clinical update, noting that the Phase III FLAMINGO-01 trial has more than doubled its enrollment and event rates, with over 1,500 patients screened across up to 200 sites.
