GO Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (GONYF) is an internally managed, open-ended real estate investment trust. Structured as an unincorporated entity, it was established under the laws of the Province of Ontario on June 13, 2025, through a declaration of trust last amended and restated on July 31, 2025. For U.S. federal income tax purposes, GONYF is treated as a corporation and qualifies as a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) under Sections 856 through 860 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. The REIT's primary objective is to offer investors access to luxury high-rise multifamily properties situated in the New York metropolitan area and other prominent urban centers throughout the United States.
