GoPro Announces Second Quarter Results
GoPro reported Q2 revenue of $105 million, down 31% year-over-year, with a GAAP net loss of $51 million or $(0.30) per share compared to a loss of $16 million or $(0.10) per share in the prior year.
Subscription revenue grew 11% to $29 million, now representing 28% of total revenue, with a record 69% subscriber attach rate up from 54% a year ago.
In May, the board authorized a strategic review process to evaluate a potential sale of the company while simultaneously launching the new MISSION 1 Series of cameras globally through retail partners.
