Holley Reports Second Quarter 2026 Results
Holley reported a return to sales growth in the second quarter with net sales of $172.0 million, up 3.2% year-over-year, driven by a 4.9% increase in core business sales.
Despite a GAAP net loss of $2.4 million driven by a $28.3 million loss on asset sales, adjusted net income more than doubled to $24.0 million and free cash flow increased 15% to $40.9 million.
The company significantly strengthened its balance sheet, reducing its leverage ratio to 3.74x—the lowest level in four years—repurchasing $2.0 million of stock, and reiterating its full-year guidance.
