Fusion Fuel Green PLC focuses on the production of hydrogen in Portugal, Southern Europe, and Morocco. The company intends to provide hydrogen generators to clients that operate their own green hydrogen plants; green hydrogen as an output from green hydrogen plants; and operational and monitoring services of green hydrogen plants using fusion fuel hydrogen generators. It serves natural gas networks and grids, ammonia producers, oil refineries, regulators, and related government departments. The company was founded in 2018 and is based in Dublin, Ireland.
Fusion Fuel Green PLC shareholders approved all resolutions at its Extraordinary General Meeting, including the proposed acquisition of Royal Uranium Inc. and the conversion of Series A Convertible Preferred Shares into ordinary shares.
The Royal Uranium deal is expected to transform the company into a diversified energy platform with capital-light exposure to uranium and natural gas royalties in Canada, Colombia, and Argentina, without assuming operating risks.
Shareholders also approved a name change to Fusion Elements plc, reflecting a strategic shift away from its historical green hydrogen focus toward a broader portfolio of energy assets and investments.
