HUB Cyber Security Announces Receipt of Nasdaq Notification Regarding Market Value of Listed Securities Requirement
HUB Cyber Security received a Nasdaq notice on September 23, 2026 stating it is not in compliance with Listing Rule 5550(b)(2), which requires a minimum Market Value of Listed Securities of US$35 million.
The notification has no immediate effect on trading; the company has 180 days, until March 22, 2027, to close at $35 million or more for 10 consecutive business days to regain compliance.
Failure to cure would trigger a delisting notice, subject to an appeal before an independent Nasdaq hearings panel. HUB is already implementing a restructuring and says it will take all reasonable measures to remain listed.
