Hydrofarm Holdings Group Announces Second Quarter 2026 Results
Hydrofarm reported Q2 revenue of $23.2 million, down 40.9% year-over-year, while narrowing its net loss to $10.6 million through aggressive cost cuts and improved margins.
The company is operating under a forbearance agreement that was extended through August 31, 2026, after deferring a $2.8 million interest payment and triggering a default event on its $114.4 million term loan.
To shore up liquidity, Hydrofarm closed the sale of Aurora Peat Products for $16 million in July and applied the proceeds to reduce its outstanding debt.
