InnSuites Hospitality Trust (IHT), an unincorporated Ohio business trust headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, commenced trading on the NYSE American in 1971. This entity focuses on the ownership and management of hotels operating under its InnSuites Hotels brand. For over forty years, InnSuites® Hotels and Suites, a trademark wholly owned by IHT, has engaged in real estate and hotel ownership, in addition to providing comprehensive hotel services including management, branding, and reservation systems. The company has established itself as an innovator by consistently addressing guest needs and foreseeing demands within the hotel membership sector.
INNSUITES ANNOUNCES 2027 FISCAL FIRST HALF $4M RECORD REVENUES; REVERSE MERGER INTEREST INCREASES
InnSuites Hospitality Trust posted record Fiscal 2027 first-half total revenues of $4,099,593, with net income before non-cash items of $120,280 — a $178,057 improvement over the prior-year period.
Hotel fundamentals improved as combined occupancy reached 83.42%, up roughly 3.04%, and REVPAR rose from $78.48 to $79.66; first-seven-month hotel revenue hit a combined record of about $4.5 million.
On August 19 the Trust increased shareholders' equity by $3 million and reduced debt by the same amount, and it reports rising reverse-merger interest alongside its high-risk UniGen Power clean-energy investment.
Management cautioned there is no assurance it will regain or maintain NYSE American continued-listing compliance, and related-party arrangements — REF's IBC Hotels purchase and IHT executives holding all UniGen board seats — remain key watch items.
