INLIF LIMITED Reports First Half of Fiscal Year 2026 Financial Results
INLIF reported H1 FY2026 revenue of $12.94 million, up 26.01% year-over-year, with a swing to net income of $1.01 million from a $1.98 million loss.
Gross margin more than doubled to 35.95% from 17.50%, helped by a new intelligent equipment business that contributed $3.36 million (25.97% of revenue) versus nil a year ago.
The turnaround was funded largely by capital raises: $32.3 million net from a PIPE and $21.2 million net from an ATM program, lifting cash to $45.5 million, while operations still burned $3.27 million in cash.
EPS of $10.01 follows two reverse share consolidations (1-for-16 in April 2026 and 1-for-200 in July 2026), a signal of prior listing-compliance pressure.
