Isabella Bank reported second quarter net income of $5.0 million, or $0.69 per diluted share, as net interest margin improved to 3.54% from 3.14% year-over-year.
The company signed a merger agreement with Grand River Commerce and Grand River Bank to expand into the Grand Rapids market, while simultaneously completing an at-the-market offering that added $11.7 million in equity.
