NASDAQ Grants Iveda Additional 180-Day Period to Regain Minimum Bid Price Compliance
Iveda received an additional 180-calendar-day period, through March 1, 2027, to regain compliance with Nasdaq's $1.00 minimum bid price requirement under Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).
The notice has no immediate effect on trading, and the stock can regain compliance by closing at or above $1.00 for at least 10 consecutive business days. Management said it will evaluate all available options, including a potential reverse stock split, though no such decision has been made.
CEO David Ly framed the extension as time to execute on the company's AI video intelligence and connected-technology pipeline, including the recent market introduction of the IvedaAir autonomous aircraft line.
There is no assurance Iveda regains compliance, leaving residual delisting risk if the shares remain below $1.00 through the extension window.
