XTEND’s U.S.-Made X-Strike Lethality Package Accepted into DOW’s Drone Dominance Program
JFB Construction announced that its pending merger target XTEND Reality had its X-Strike lethality package accepted into the U.S. Department of War's Drone Dominance Program for the Gauntlet II phase.
XTEND is one of 19 companies advancing to Gauntlet II, with the X-Strike system receiving limited Army Fuze Safety Board approval and undergoing Combat Evaluation.
The companies also confirmed the SEC declared the Form S-4 effective on August 11, with the transaction expected to close by September 8, 2026, under the name XTEND AI Robotics.
