Jupiter Neurosciences has begun patient enrollment in its Phase 2a RESET trial for JOTROL, an investigational oral therapy for Parkinson’s Disease.
The multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study aims to enroll 30 patients across three sites in the Washington D.C. area, with a 12-week duration and projected completion in the first half of 2027.
Primary endpoints focus on safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics, building on Phase 1 data that showed JOTROL achieves approximately 9-fold higher plasma bioavailability than conventional resveratrol with no serious adverse events.
