Coffee Holding Co. announced a board-approved share repurchase program of up to $2.5 million in common stock, to be funded from available cash and operating cash flow.
CEO Andrew Gordon said the current stock price does not reflect underlying fundamentals, citing improved gross margins and results over recent quarters.
Repurchases may occur on the open market or privately, including under a Rule 10b5-1 plan, and the program can be suspended or discontinued at any time.
