Kestrel Group reported Q2 2026 revenue of $6.7 million, but recorded a net loss of $8.1 million, or $1.03 per share, a sharp decline from the prior year's results which included a one-time bargain purchase gain.
The core Program Services business demonstrated significant expansion, with fee revenue surging 588% year-over-year to $3.7 million and premium produced increasing 480% to $109.6 million.
